May – A Month of Introspection

For some reason, my mind is always going.  And I keep having these questions go through my mind.  They are challenging me in my thoughts and relationship with the LORD.  So I have decided to make this month my 20 questions month.  These questions are meant to challenge me and you in our Christian walk.  My desire is that each day we look at our lives and evaluate where we are in our relationship with Christ.  Please take a few minutes each day and reflect on the question.  I welcome questions (don’t always have the answer, but I do know where to find it!).  I would love to hear from some of you if you feel led to share.  Thank you in advance!

May 12th, Question #10: I Thessalonians 5:1-3 speaks of the issue of Christ’s return.  It tells us that no one knows exactly when that will be, so just be ready.  The Great day of the LORD can come at any moment.  I loved the footnote as it made a great point – “live each day prepared to welcome Christ.”  Do I as a believer, live each day prepared to welcome Christ?

May your heart be blessed today.

  1. Almost daily, I hold out my “hitch-hiker’s” thumb, and jump up and down while I say, “Beam me up – today’s a good day for me!” Needless to say, some of my friends think I’m a little nutty!

    • I am right there with you sister! Today couldn’t be soon enough! And I don’t think you are nutty at all! Thank you sooooo much for your faithful encouragement to me! It means the world to me!

Any thoughts? Questions?
